During the past 15 years, Marina has held leadership positions in product management, product marketing and project management with organizations such as CA, Wily, Empirix, Oracle and Gomez. Most recently at Ipswitch, she was responsible for messaging, positioning and Go-to-Market strategies for Ipswitch IT Management Division worldwide, and she built and managed the Product Marketing department there. Marina is a frequent contributor to industry publications and forums

During the past 20 years, Steve has held positions in development and program management with organizations such as CA, Gomez and EMC. He has lead development teams in charge of building CA Unicenter application management solutions and Web performance monitoring services. Most recently at EMC, he led large globally diverse teams with over 100 members. He also has implemented and extended Project Management solutions to meet the needs of diverse organizations.
